We process the data provided by Users in order to provide assistance, answer queries, as well as to manage our products and services, and the quality of the same.

Hidroingenia has a whistleblower channel, where employees, suppliers or third parties can confidentially report any non-compliance they may have knowledge of.

Hidroingenia is committed to comply with its obligation regarding the secrecy of personal data and its obligation to protect them, and to adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures to maintain the required level of security in accordance with the personal data processed.

The User is the only responsible for the veracity and correctness of the data provided to Hidroingenia, which is not responsible for any lack of veracity or correctness of this data.

3. Data Retention:

In general, the data will be kept (i) for the time necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, (ii) for the applicable statute of limitations, if any liabilities may arise from the processing.

On a special basis:
